Billing and Insurance

Mercer County Surgery Center accepts most major insurance and managed care plans. Please check with your insurance company regarding any pre-admission or pre-certification guidelines that may be required.

MCSC will bill your insurance carrier as a courtesy. You are responsible for any co-payment, co-insurance and deductible amounts per your benefit plan design. For patients with high deductible plans, a staff member will reach out prior to your procedure to review your responsilbity amount and collect a deposit. This deposit will be applied to the patient responsibility portion of your procedure. Additionally we will ask that a credit card be maintained on file to address any outstanding balances. Payments via cash, check, money orders and credit cards are accepted at our front desk. Additionally, we offer the option to pay online via credit card or bank account. Pay online using our secure server here.

Please be aware that you will receive separate bills from your provider, your anesthesiologist and from MCSC.

If you have any additional concerns or questions, please call the office at 609.895.0290
